The above URL on Google Map is the assembly point marina on Lake Mead for all the Las Vegas Bay Macgregor Association events. We normally, overnight just outside the tire jetty of the marina on the Southwest shore of Callville Bay. Also noted on the map are the two courses used depending on the wind; Battleship Rock and Beacon Island courses.
The marina charges $15 courtesy dock fee, usually assessed at 11:00 PM. The camp grounds for mast up overnighting is just to the right of the marina's entrance road, charges $10 per night. Largest spaces are located on the South side edge of the campgrounds (your subject to $50 fine if you overnight camp in the marina's parking lot).
For those that find it more convenient coming from the North (launching at closed Echo Bay Marina, but ramp is available) and South (launching at Temple Bar Marina), on Sunday evening of an event week, we always overnight at Middle Point (the junction of the Overton Arm and Virgin Basin). We monitor VHF Channel 68 on the hour to provide the fleet's present and overnight location.
