Kimo and others,

So sorry to hear about Dick. He was a fine human being and a great sailor.

He will be in our thoughts.

I hope he is sailing proud, in the big ocean in the sky, with a fair wind and a following sea.

Agree with you Steve K.  As you know when the wind is right, I can still see Dick continuing to trim my sails to gain maximum speed.  He claimed the edge of clouds had lifts:D.  Could never get him to sit back and take it easy.  Would have love to have him go out we me, but he last time it was evident that he was in no shape to be on the boat as he insisted on hanking on the Genoa up on the bow.

Still remember some  of his sage sailing sayings, like when a gust comes up "If in doubt; let it out" (Main Sheet that is)
