Fall Flotilla on Mead was  perfect in many ways.  Better winds than in the past, without more than necessary for great sailing.  I saw one un-marked hazard in the channel between Middlepoint and Temple Bar, but most of the hazards of times past are now very visable islands.  Alas, the low water is a downer in more ways than the obvious.  I missed seeing some of the true frequent timers (note:  the avoidance of the word "old").  The friendship of Kimo and Pat was great.  I was on the water 8 days and now see why Pat was there almost 2 weeks.

The marinas are mostly empty of sailboats?  I saw 3 non-LVBMA boats on the lake.  Is life so down or busy that this is what it's coming too?  Hope to see all of you next Spring.
